My name is Chezzadi Keelen and I am your child’s school counselor. As a school counselor, I am an educator trained in school counseling, just as other educators are trained in Math, Science, or English.
My job at Carter Academy is to develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive School Counseling Program designed to meet the needs of every student. In light of the evolving conditions surrounding COVID-19, we are taking preemptive steps to protect the health and well-being of our students, families, staff, and community. As your child’s school counselor, I work to ensure our School Counseling Program is progressive, dynamic, and responsive to the needs of all students. If you need resources and if you have any questions please feel free to email me.
Thank you for exploring ways we can work together to make our program the best it can be!
